The AR Controls page is where customers are identified as having house charge privileges. By assigning a predefined Charge Type you can control the customer's specific aging and finance charge methods. Among other things, credit limits can be assigned, statements can be held to prevent ill-timed or embarrassing statement delivery, and charge privileges can be revoked and restored.

A summary of past statements is easily accessible in the back office as well as at Point of Sale. Any past statement can be displayed and/or printed by double clicking on a specific statement date or name. Details of sales, adjustments, payments and past contacts and notes for each customer are also available.

Customer statements can included detailed descriptive billing using either standardized descriptions by product classification or with style/item specific descriptions. Balances for an unlimited number of credit plans and promotional programs are supported. Free form promotional and/or dunning and collection messages can be printed based on an accounts past due status.
