The Distribution Out Transaction is used to record the movement of merchandise out of a store.  Merchandise can be added to a distribution by directly scanning or keying the SKU/UPC codes, by selecting one or more Transfer Directives where a request has been created to send merchandise to another store either to re-balance stock or to fulfill a customer request. Merchandise can be moved by Style, Color, size or for a specific SKU or for all colors and/or sizes by style. Merchandise can also be selected en mass for transfers by using a compressive search tool. Packing lists and merchandise tickets can be printed as needed at the sending or receiving locations. Optionally, when merchandise is received in a store the packing list document can be scanned to confirm receipt and update in-transit inventory. Price changes are automatically accounted for and tracked.
